I recently started running with this guy who I've been friends with since high school. It's AWESOME to have someone else to run with a few days out of the week to mix things up a bit and keep me motivated. He's faster than me so sometimes I find myself getting frustrated or overly competitive too. That's when I appreciate my running solo days. There's a pro and con to every side of the coin... so how do you guys prefer to take off?
